Who said: „To avoid criticism, say nothing, do nothing, be nothing”?

For years I thought that it was Elbert Hubbard who said it, but recently I read that it was Aristotle who actually said it but it was misattributed to Hubbard. Does anyone know for sure that the greek philosopher came up with this exceedingly truthful quote? It is one of my all-time favorite quotes.
